Staging to Sell: Light Staging, Full Staging, and Model
Home designs
LIGHT STAGING: A
light staging may include the staging of the entry/foyer,
family room and, or the kitchen. A light staging just may
include Accessories, Art, and Carpets.
We can also create a vignette in a model Home.

FULL STAGING:
Staging is the same as creating a model home without the
costs of buying furniture, draperies and accessories. Let
our professional team evaluate your home in order to
maximize its strengths and appeal to potential buyers.
Then we will furnish and “stage” your vacant
home.
With a warehouse
full of the finest furniture (from numerous
makers like
Baker,
Theodore Alexander George Smith,
OLy, G&J Styles and many more
),
great accessories, a huge collection of art, and a list
of exclusive vendors, we transform an empty house into a
warm inviting home. Get a completely designed look
without the excessive expense. We can quickly turn around
custom upholstery and window treatments in under two
weeks.
Prices include rental for three to six
months. If you need to
rent longer than that, a small monthly fee is charged. We
come out to view the home and get a proposal out within
24 hours. Pricing for a full staging project varies
greatly. Size, complexity of house, and desired rooms are
contributing factors for the final estimated cost.
MODEL HOME
DESIGNS: Creating a model home means you pay for the cost
of everything including our fees, Costs of buying
furniture, draperies and accessories, but the good news
is you keep everything to move over to your next home
when the staged model is sold. Let our professional team
evaluate your home in order to create the perfect model
that will appeal to all potential buyers. After agreeing
on scope of project and budget we can furnish and
“Design” your Model home in less than a few
weeks. Recommended for developments of ten homes and
more.
